forum representatives

Forum Representative Role -

   Represent the Deanery/Region area on the National Forum. Must be a paid-up member of NAMPS by 1st April each year
       to be eligible for Forum membership.

   Attend Forum meetings twice a year. Arrange annual ballot for regional representation and deputy to attend meetings
       of the National Forum and provide signed documentation to confirm this. If signed documentation is not returned,
       then the Executive will nominate another suitable representative from the area concerned.

   Act as correspondent for their part of the region and seek items from the membership for the Newsletter.

  Encourage membership/renewals.

  Be an active member of either the Conference, Publications, Sponsorship or Training committee, or other committees,
       as agreed with the Executive.

  Be willing to take on one of the Executive roles in the future.
