We are looking for a HR professional to join the Trust. You will be responsible for providing operational leadership to a team delivering a customer focused and professional day-to-day medical staffing service.
This is a varied role providing comprehensive HR support in relation to medical staffing matters to clinicians and managers within the Trust and across the BHR Hospitals, and will impact on standards of patient care by providing effective proactive HR advice and support to frontline staff.
You will be CIPD qualified/part-qualified and of graduate calibre and have in-depth experience of working in a busy HR Department including providing advice to managers and clinicians on a wide range of medical staffing matters and complex HR issues. You will have recent HR advisory experience gained within a similar fast moving environment, together with knowledge of employment legislation and an understanding of initiatives and change agendas in relation to medical staff within the NHS. Experience of working within the NHS or in a complex, unionised environment would be advantageous, as would line management experience. Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and motivate a team. You must be able to build personal credibility with managers and clinicians, establishing trust and confidence with key contacts.
